who i am
I’m Amanda, a Technical Program Leader with over a decade of experience helping cross-functional teams navigate complexity, deliver results, and actually work better together across startups, scaleups, and everything in between.
I’ve been the first program hire. I’ve built teams from scratch, led high-stakes initiatives, and shipped cross-functional programs that stuck. I’ve partnered closely with executives through times of growth, reorgs, and constant change.
