Hey, I’m Amanda! I’ve spent over a decade helping teams scale and execute, with titles like project manager, program manager, delivery manager, and sometimes just manager. I’ve worked across many different industries, including AI, cybersecurity, cloud communications, fintech, entertainment, and telecom, always focused on driving execution and solving operational challenges.

I’ve built and led program management functions at both high-growth startups and larger organizations, giving me a unique perspective on what it takes to scale effectively. I’ve seen firsthand how teams and companies can struggle with alignment, execution, and predictability. I understand the balance between agility and structure, and I help teams evolve with just enough process to maintain momentum while setting themselves up for long-term success.

Outside of work, I keep my own balance… on a standup paddleboard in the summer and a snowboard in the winter. (Excuse my attempt at adding some fun here. Work is important, but so is enjoying the ride!)
